Upon arrival at Narita or Haneda Airport, enjoy a private transfer in a comfortable large van to your Tokyo hotel with your luggage. An exclusive welcome dinner will be arranged on one of your first three nights, offering a choice of fine dining experiences such as kaiseki, tempura, creative Japanese cuisine, or French cuisine.

Explore Tokyo's vibrant and historic areas, starting with a stroll down Takeshita Street, the colorful hub of teen fashion. Visit the iconic Shibuya Crossing, Sensoji Temple, and the surrounding local streets. In Asakusa, enjoy a sightseeing rickshaw ride (optional, paid on site). Optional Special Experiences (choose one 1 - 4): 1.) Private calligraphy lesson at a Buddhist temple; 2.) Exclusive Japanese sake tasting in Tokyo; 3.) Sumo experience with chanko lunch at a themed facility; 4.) Sushi-making class with a chef, including a guided tour of Tsukiji Market

Enjoy a full-day excursion from Tokyo with a choice of four day trip options: hike to the summit of Mt Takao on a round-trip trek, visit Nikko's famous Toshogu Shrine with Lake Chuzenji and Kegon Falls, explore Kamakura's highlights including the Great Buddha and Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, or experience rural life by cycling through the farm roads of Minamiboso. Travel times vary by destination, and an additional charge applies for groups of five or more. Alternatively, a full day of free time with a private vehicle and guide can be arranged.

After checking out of your Tokyo hotel, travel by private vehicle to Lake Kawaguchi in the afternoon, with luggage included, in around 120 minutes. Enjoy handpicked seasonal viewpoints showcasing breathtaking views of Mount Fuji, then check in to your hotel at Lake Kawaguchi or Lake Yamanaka, where you can relax and unwind in an onsen.

Visit Oshino Hakkai, where crystal-clear spring water from Mount Fuji flows through a village surrounded by nature and traditional Japanese houses. Depart your hotel by private vehicle to enjoy panoramic views from the Mt Fuji Panoramic Ropeway (optional, paid on site), offering stunning scenery of Mt Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi from 1,075 metres above sea level. Continue to Oshino Hakkai, a scenic area known for its eight spring-fed ponds formed by melted snow from Mt Fuji, before arriving at your hotel at Lake Kawaguchi or Lake Yamanaka, where you can relax at an onsen.

Enjoy a smooth and comfortable bullet train journey to Kyoto. After checking out of your hotel, depart by private vehicle to Mishima Shinkansen Station and travel to Kyoto by morning Shinkansen, with a ride time of around 120 minutes. Upon arrival in Kyoto in the afternoon, meet your driver at the platform for a private transfer to your hotel or enjoy free sightseeing with a private chauffeur service, then check in to your Kyoto hotel. A hotel-to-hotel private luggage transfer can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Kyoto: Experience the harmony of seasonal natural beauty and traditional Japanese culture. Depart your hotel by private vehicle for a day trip to Osaka and explore Dotonbori, the city's lively entertainment district known for its vibrant atmosphere and famous street food. Enjoy local favourites such as takoyaki and okonomiyaki along the Dotonbori Canal, visit the iconic Osaka Castle to learn about the city's rich history, and stroll through Shinsekai, Osaka's retro district filled with casual eateries and nostalgic charm.

Enjoy a comfortable bullet train journey back to Tokyo, with free time to explore upon arrival. After checking out of your hotel, travel by Shinkansen to Tokyo with a ride time of around 150 minutes, arrive at Tokyo Station, and check in to your Tokyo hotel. A hotel-to-hotel private luggage transfer can be arranged at an additional cost for a lighter, more relaxed journey.

Enjoy a private transfer to Narita or Haneda Airport in a comfortable large van with space for oversized luggage. After checking out of your hotel, depart by private vehicle for the airport and complete your journey as you depart Japan. (Notes: The price is the same for up to six people based on triple room occupancy. For larger groups, please enquire. The package includes 4-star accommodation with daily breakfast based on twin or double room occupancy, with an extra bed provided for triple rooms, private transportation throughout the tour, and Shinkansen tickets.
