Arrive in Adelaide and meet your Driver-Guide before setting off in a 4WD to Port Augusta, the gateway to the Outback. Explore the award-winning Wadlata Outback Centre, where the ‘Tunnel of Time’ brings to life stories from the Dreamtime to early explorers venturing inland by camel.

This morning, explore Quorn, a historic railway town with charming heritage buildings featured in films like Gallipoli and Wolf Creek. Journey along the Pichi Richi Pass heritage steam railway, then enjoy lunch at Parachilna’s iconic Prairie Hotel, established in 1876. Continue to the striking ochre pits of Aroona Dam, visit the ghost town of Farina, and arrive in Marree.

Travel along the Oodnadatta Track to Lake Eyre South and marvel at its dazzling salt flats (weather permitting). Spot unique wildlife, from the Lake Eyre dragon to vibrant birdlife, before enjoying a pub lunch at William Creek and embarking on your Signature Experience.

Begin the day with your Signature Experience before relaxing on a 4WD journey to Munga-Thirri-Simpson Desert National Park. Enjoy drinks and nibbles as the sun sets over the outback, then spend the night at the iconic Birdsville Hotel.

Depart Birdsville and embark on your Signature Experience, immersing yourself in the vast beauty of the outback.

Enjoy a morning at leisure—take a scenic flight over Wilpena Pound (additional cost) or explore its dramatic amphitheatre on a self-guided walk. After lunch, venture into Flinders Ranges National Park and follow Douglas Mawson’s path through Brachina Gorge, a refuge for the endangered yellow-footed rock wallaby.

After breakfast, journey to the celebrated Clare Valley wine region and enjoy a Signature Experience. Return to Adelaide in the afternoon for a Farewell Dinner at your hotel.
